I’m not even sure how long I spent circling the lot, it felt like a few minutes at first, then suddenly it was way longer than I planned. The accessible spots were either already taken or still a bit too far from the entrance, which made things frustrating before I even got inside. It kind of threw off the whole visit. If you need easy access, parking here can be stressful.

I ordered three items and somehow two of them were completely wrong. I reached out to support, but it took forever to get anywhere, and in the end I still didn’t get what I actually paid for. frustrating. Save your time and be careful if you’re thinking about ordering.

The whole payment part was a letdown. I couldn’t use the method I actually wanted, and it just made the experience more annoying than it needed to be. The limited options really stood out in a bad way.

"Bad recommendation — not going back"
I went in asking for something mellow, like, very clearly nothing too heavy, and the budtender recommended something they said would be perfect.
It ended up being way stronger than what they described, and not what I was looking for at all. It kind of felt like they were just pushing whatever they had on hand, which was frustrating.
Maybe it works great for other people, but I left annoyed. I don’t think I’d trust their recommendations again.

I checked essencemichigan.com hoping to find a decent strain selection, but it was disappointing. A lot of the strains I usually look for just weren’t there, and the whole menu felt way more limited than I expected.
Maybe it depends on the day, but I didn’t feel like I had much to work with. I also wasn’t really sure what the next step was supposed to be if something wasn’t available or if I wanted to ask about similar options, which just made the experience more annoying. I ended up leaving the site and looking somewhere else

"Edible selection was a letdown"
I checked out the edible menu hoping to grab some gummies or chocolate, but the selection was sad. Half the stuff I was interested in wasn’t even available, and there weren’t many options to begin with. It also kind of felt like one of those policy loophole situations where the menu technically exists, but what you can actually buy is a whole different story. I ended up just leaving without ordering anything.

The staff was super friendly and made the whole visit feel way less awkward than it could’ve been. I had a couple questions, and thankfully nobody gave me that rushed, annoyed vibe like you’re somehow ruining their day by asking basic stuff. Huge plus. The whole place was easy to deal with overall. My only little rant is the wait was longer than I expected, and I was definitely sitting there like, okay... are we doing this today or what? But it wasn’t terrible enough to make a big deal out of. I’d still go back...

I tried using the site and it was frustrating. The pages take a while to load, and finding stuff feels harder than it should be. It’s not totally unusable or anything, but it’s just kind of annoying.

I’m not sure if they were just really busy or what, but it took ages to get a reply and I had to keep checking back. When they finally did respond, it didn’t help much. Maybe others have had better luck, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t use them again

The age check kept looping on me and wouldn’t take my info, even after I tried a few times. I eventually just gave up. Like, I get needing to verify age, but it really shouldn’t be that hard just to get onto the site.

"Looked better online than in person"
I thought essencemichigan.com would be better. The product looked decent when it arrived, but once I actually checked it out, the quality felt average and not really worth the price. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of felt like they put more effort into making it look good online than making sure it actually felt high quality. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but I don’t think I’d order again unless the product itself improves.

Ordered from Essencemichigan. Went mostly smooth. Tracking updated like it should. Package showed up in good shape. It was a day later than I thought, but honestly. Not a huge deal. Driver left it right where I asked. Happy overall. Just wish the timing was a little more exact.

and I stopped in hoping it would be a nice, easy visit, but the vibe inside felt uncomfortable right away.
The place came across a little cold and rushed, and the music was louder than I expected. It didn’t really feel like somewhere I could relax or settle in for a bit.
Maybe it works for other people, but it just wasn’t for me. I felt like I wanted to finish up and leave, so I probably won’t be going back.

"I signed up for their loyalty..."
I signed up for their loyalty rewards thinking I’d save a little here and there, but it hasn’t been worth it. The discounts barely show up, and the rules seem to change or stay buried somewhere, so you don’t really know what you’re getting until around checkout.
I emailed them about some missing points and got a vague response back. At this point, it feels like too much effort for about a few cents in savings, so I’ll probably just shop somewhere that makes their rewards easier to use

"Freshness was disappointing"
The freshness just wasn’t what I expected. My order seemed like it had been sitting around a bit longer than it should have, not completely bad, but definitely not as fresh as I was hoping for. I also tried reaching out to support and felt like I got stuck in a loop without really getting a clear answer, which made the whole experience more frustrating.
